1. 14‑Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it

  • unworn or unused

  • with tags attached

  • in original packaging (or as close as possible)

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

We recommend taking photos of the item upon receipt if you believe you may need to return it.


2. How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email you:

  • a return shipping label

  • instructions on how and where to send your item


3. Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put things right.

4. Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • perishable goods

  • custom or personalised items

  • personal care items

  • hazardous materials

  • flammable liquids or gases

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • digital downloads

  • supporter identity digital assets

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before returning it.


5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for the item you have

  2. Once approved, send it back

  3. Make a separate purchase for the new item

This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.


6. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • with tags

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • refunds typically take up to 10 business days

  • bank or card processing times may vary

8. Non‑Refundable Fees (IMPORTANT)

The following fees are non‑refundable under all circumstances:

• £10 Identity Registration Fee (Independent Use)

This fee protects the identity and maintains supporter records. It is not a charity donation and cannot be refunded.

• Event Support Fee (£200 – Option B)

Refundable only if SupportUKtoday cancels the event. Not refundable if the supporter cancels or changes their mind.

• Challenge Deposits & Ticketed Events

Refunds follow the event’s specific terms and are not guaranteed.

• Donations

SupportUKtoday does not collect or process donations. We cannot refund donations made to charities.
