3. Supporter Identity Requirement
Anyone who uses SupportUKtoday, NoMeNoTree, or JustForMeandMyDog to promote, share, or participate in movement‑aligned activity must:

use at least one strand hashtag: #SupportUKtoday, #NoMeNoTree, or #JustForMeAndMyDog

follow all identity rules published on our website
This requirement applies to:

social media posts

events and challenges

posters, flyers, and digital materials

public activity connected to the movement
SupportUKtoday may request removal or correction of any content that misuses or misrepresents our movement identity.
4. Independent Use of Identity & Identity Registration Fee
When a supporter uses the S’port Me Today identity in activities not organised or managed by SupportUKtoday, this is classed as Independent Use.
Independent Use includes:

use of the identity on external fundraising or event platforms

events not assigned to a SupportUKtoday strand
-
personal challenges, Park Runs, sponsored activities, and community events
-
raising money for charities not registered with SupportUKtoday or not aligned with movement principles
A £10 identity registration fee applies to all Independent Use.
This fee is not a charity donation. It protects the identity and ensures supporters using the identity outside SupportUKtoday are properly recorded.
SupportUKtoday is not responsible for the operation of external platforms or the funds processed by them.
5. Donation Handling & Distribution
SupportUKtoday does not collect, handle, process, or distribute donations on behalf of any charity.
Supporters donate directly to the charities they choose using the charity’s own official donation links or platforms.
SupportUKtoday:

does not operate a donation platform

does not distribute donations to charities

does not claim Gift Aid on behalf of charities

does not provide tax‑deductible receipts for charity donations
Any voluntary payments made directly to SupportUKtoday Ltd support the running of the movement and are not charity donations.

SupportUKtoday operates as a social enterprise.
We generate income through:

SupportUKtoday does not donate a fixed percentage of merchandise or event income to charities. Supporters donate directly to charities using their own links.

Supporters may use external platforms such as JustGiving or GoFundMe to raise funds for the charities they choose.
When doing so, supporters must:
